Mineral Replenish Poultice (Back, abdomen, or thighs)
– 2 Tbsp Powdered Dead Sea Mud
– 1 Tbsp French Sea Salt
– 1 tsp dried rosemary + chamomile
Warm and apply during body wraps or post-exfoliation massage

Respiratory Relief Poultice (Chest or upper back)
– 1 Tbsp Himalayan Salt
– 1 Tbsp dried eucalyptus, peppermint, and thyme
Use for sinus support or seasonal comfort sessions

Grounding Ritual Poultice (Feet or scalp)
– 1 Tbsp Moor Mud powder
– 1 tsp lavender, lemongrass, and dried rose petals
Apply warm to soles or forehead during scalp massage.

– 1 Tbsp Sedona Mud Blend
– ½ Tbsp finely ground French Sea Salt
